Not what you were looking for?

The Pupils section of our website contains the following:

Barnaby Bear and International Links

Barnaby is a small toy bear who goes on holiday (with almost anyone!) and comes back with photographs and stories which help our children to understand that the world is a very large place. There are other international resources in this part of the website, and your children use these resources to help further their knowledge of the world outside Wells.

Galleries, Work And Visits

We have run a number of successful residential visits over the past years, and we also hold special themed weeks in school. Our displays are always bright and colourful, and showcase the children's work perfectly. The galleries are always interesting, and the children look forward to seeing their work displayed here. All pictures of the children comply with our internet policy, and we take care to ensure that no child is directly identified in any photograph.

Games

The children enjoy playing some of our educational games. Sometimes, our themed weeks can provide an inspiration - at the moment pupils can also play the Geography games from International Week.

The School Grounds and Wildflower Meadow

Our school grounds are beautiful, and we use them to encourage the children to enjoy nature and learn more about it.

Links

Over the years, teachers have provided links which related to lessons, and we have built up a library of useful material. Children are often asked to visit this page during lessons, so a quick link is available on the front page of the website. The parents' link page is a separate document with different links.

The Poetry Cupboard

The poetry cupboard is a way of collecting pupils work and celebrating good poetry. The school maintains excellent links with the Wells-next-the-Sea Poetry Festival, Poetry-next-the-Sea, and this page is a great resource for teaching poetry in the school.

Things To Do

This page contains a few activities to print out and do at home.
