Wells-next-the-Sea Primary and Nursery School is anchored in the community, setting sail for success as it provides our children with a wide range of local experiences to broaden their understanding of the wider world. We are a small school with passion and drive, to provide the best for our children, families and communities both locally and further afield.
Our Vision
Special Visitors to Nursery! We had a lovely visit from 2 goats, Pickles and Fidget. Ali told us lots of interesting facts about goats. * They have 2 coats, a rough winter coat and a smooth summer coat. * They don't have a top set of teeth. * They have 2 toes on each foot. We were able to take them for a walk on a lead around the field and also feed them daisies and dandelions. Thank you so much Ali from Potters Farm, Wighton for coming in. #popttersfarm #goatlife #anchoredinthecommunitysettingsailforsuccess

24 Apr 2024Year 5 News On the last day of last term, Year 5 made dream catchers in woodlands. We used bendy sticks, tied them together and threaded wool around them. Some children chose to add feathers, pine cones, beads, buttons and other accessories to their dream catchers. #woodlandlearning #anchoredinthecommunitysettingsailforsuccess
23 Apr 2024Year 4 News Year 4 really enjoyed their visit to the Lynn Museum, where they learned about The Romans and Boudicca's rebellion against them. They participated in Roman soldier drills, Iceni metalwork, Iceni cooking, Roman artefact handling, creating Iceni war paint and even made and tasted their own Roman stuffed dates! It was a fantastic day and the children had a wonderful time learning all about the Romans and the Iceni. #Boudicca #anchoredinthecommunitysettingsailforsuccess
